This deteriorating condition typically manifests with progressive paresthesia in the limbs, often accompanied by spasticity. In this case report, we present a patient with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented displaying an unusual clinical manifestation.
The individual's initial symptoms included severe weakness in the upper extremities, along and frequency and urgency of urination. Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid revealed elevated protein levels suggesting amyloid deposits. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.
The management focused on supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. However treatment, the patient's condition continued to worsen. This case highlights the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.
An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report
We present a unusual case of Crohn's disease in a 42-year-old female presenting with novel symptoms. The patient initially described manifestations of nausea, which were mistaken for a common gastrointestinalillness. Further investigation revealed crohn's disease. The patient was treated with typical treatment for Crohn's disease, including anti-inflammatory medications. The outcome to treatment was successful.

Findings
A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.
Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.
The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
